Default Buying Rome II Total War through Walmart @Midnight

So I'm getting really giddy and considering of buying Rome 2 from a local Walmart rather than waiting on a few hours til Gamestop opens (i know shame on me ) but I'm wondering if I did would the free DLC come with it even though you don't have to pre-order them?

I'm on the main website and it doesnt mention anything about DLC so I'm assuming I'd have to buy it off the steam store after I got home?

I doubt you'd get the free DLC and, more importantly, you will probably still have to wait until the next day to play it because Steam often has a set time on the release day that allows you to play.

In the past with similar releases I've had to wait until sometimes 2pm on release day even though I bought it at midnight and it was fully installed.
