Different difficulties are confirmed. (Gamestar magazine mentioned "easiest difficulty"). Don't know about Legendary difficulty.

For sure there will be different levels of difficulty, but I doubt the highest level will be called "Legendary" in Rome 2, because this was (afaik) a pure Shogun-term?

If it follows from R1 it'll just be called Very Hard.

I think I read from some Q&A that CA is doing four different difficulties, easy, medium, hard and legendary. I'm not sure will it be similar as in medieval, that you could have different difficulties on campaign map and battle. (Yes, medieval is last Total War I have.)

"Legendary" difficulty will be present. As will "Realism" mode for other difficulties.

Same as Shogun 2, no movement of Campaign map in Pause. Limited line of sight in battle, so you can't scan to far ahead and no radar map in the left of the screen showing the enemies line of battle.
