Changing settlement upgrade population levels
Is this possible? I want to multiply all the starting populations by 10, but keep the upgrades at the same spacing (ie multiply them by 10 as well). Either that, or change the number of people who are removed from the population when a unit is recruited, but without reducing the size of the unit?
I guess neither are possible, but I just wanted to be sure.
Thanks in advance.
