Is Ordona not as rich in this version?

I've recently started a campaign as Ordona Province, and one thing I've noticed is that I don't seem to be rolling in cash at the same rate that I could in the old version. In fact I made money quicker when I played as the Kingdom of Hyrule (which kind of makes sense with all the territory they control at the outset.) Have the Ordonians had their farming income bonuses reduced at all?
I got the memo about the overabundance of new threads, but I don't think this is a bug. I was just wondering if there's been a change.

I have noticed that A few units got there upkeep increased, it was so excessively small in 2.1 and it is still to small, Ordona might have gotten upkeep increases
