    Default STEAM = No support ?

    Hi Folks,

    After a break of a year or so - I've loaded up some of my Total War sims on a new build... Previously - I had joined Steam to use TW... I forgot my password and I guess I had used an old work email account that I no longer have - as when I requested a password reset I never received the email needed to do so... So - more than a week or so I opened a case with Steam via their support system... I waited a few days - then sent an update... Nothing - no response - is this normal for STEAM ? If it is - pretty poor in my book...

    Any luck with Steam support?
    American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..

    Take a picture of the CD-key for your game and send it to them as proof.
