Here is where rolls are done for adoption and birth. Players may only request ONE birth or adoption per ingame year (1 birth/adoption roll per week)

Each character can request a birth roll once a game year using the following table:
No Physician (literally on your own without medical assistance; suitable for any class)
Chance of Wife's survival: 12/20
Chance of Child's survival: 10/20
Poor Physician - Knights and Priests and above
Chance of Wife's survival: 14/20
Chance of Child's survival: 12/20
Average Physician - Barons and Bishops and Above
Chance of Wife's survival: 16/20
Chance of Child's survival: 14/20
Renowned Physician - Lords and Archbishops (and Latin Patriarch if he chooses to father a bastard)
Chance of Wife's survival: 18/20
Chance of Child's survival: 16/20
Royal Physician (reserved only for the Emperor and his family ONLY)
Chance of Wife's survival: 19/20
Chance of Child's survival: 17/20
- Adoption
Though adoption is a good alternative, an adopted child can be revoked his or her right to succession of any parent titles by the Emperor or the child's father.
Middle Class (Knight or Priest) - 13/20 chance of survival
Upper Class (Baron/Bishop or equivalent) - 15/20 chance of survival
Nobility (Lords, Princes, Emperor, Latin Patriarch and Archbishops) - 16/20 chance of survival
