Invisible general and diplomat bug- RTW

I just started a new campaign and my generals are invisible my diplomat too
Someone knows how to fix this?

I don't think so, because when I started the campaign they were already invisible.

I reinstalled the game, then I started a new campaign but it still happens
Any idea why that keeps happening?

Yes , I did that.

1600 x 900, laptop?

I haven't tried that , and I'm using a PC

What you mean with "Integrated graphics".

It's called a APU for a reason. It's AMD's knockoff of Intel's i series incorporating the processor and the graphics chip in the same piece of material, hence integrated. It's not dedicated.

I lowered my settings but it keeps happening.

Attach your dxdiag. It could be drivers.

All my drivers are up to date.

3. Do you have anything against running Windows Update manually and installing all software options starting with Service Pack 1?
