    Icon8 Medieval Campaign Problem

    I am trying to run Medieval on a windows 7 laptop using intel hd integrated family graphics. It loads up fine, battles work fine but when I tried to start a new campaign it loads then pauses the game then every time I try to click 'resume game' it repeats the same problem. Really want to get the campaign working any ideas ? the version is 1.1 and this problem is not to be confused with a CTD problem because it isn't actually crashing as such.
