hotseats can be on the same computer or on different computers via hosting saves on sites like filedropper
on the same computer i find the issue still exists unless you are roleplaying as allies .. lets have a scenario shall we
~lets say we leave the console open for everyone ~
i play my turn then i end turn ..
the next guy a human player who i may end up fighting comes to play his turn; he doesn't want me looking where he is putting his armies and such.. but then if i don't look at the screen how can i make sure he doesn't toggle_fow to get an unfair advantage? you see the problem?
and no you don't have to use a console command to implement 12 turns per year the script that is in campaign script does
now the problem that is foreseen explained![]()
the admin starts the game selecting factions and what not .. he disables the console for other players to avoid cheating
on his turn everything is alright because he has console commands but as soon as the actually players start taking their turns then the script either stops working or causes a crash just my prediction ..
you see the problem with this ? the console commands have to be locked up to prevent cheating but it is suspected that the 12 turns per year script won't function for multiple players without console command on each of those player turns

But anyway, was just wondering because saw Gigantus saying that it needs console command in hotseat
So I've have played some time this one hotseat with my friend and so far it seems quite okay. So here is the case:
2 players , Wudomi sect and Nanyang
difficulty VH/VH, console is not disabled (neither of us haven't cheated though)
1. First weird bug that we encountered was that on one Jingzhou's turn the game stopped and there was repeated sound of attack order. This didnt however come again when i reloaded the autosave and did the turn again, so we were able to continue the game.
2. Second, there was a CTD in the middle of battle when Wudomi Sect and Liang were combatants. I haven't yet tried however does this bug come again, we will see it next time when we will continue.
3. Xiliang's captain model is weird pink mess, does not crash the game but it looked weird
So far this has been definetely one of the best mods I have ever played so far despite these minor setbacks.

Captain battle models are updated in the next patch, and I know there were quite a few strat and battle models that had issues with their textures. As far as the first, I have no idea why that happened. With the second, I think we are leaning to an issue with generals retreating and/or dying that causes crashes, but have yet to pinpoint the cause.
