    1. Yes, the norwegian AI will often invade england and netherlands and the scottish one will do the same in netherlands.

    2. You can do everything, but wont destroy the papal states, as a new pope will be elected next turn and given a decent army upon spawning. He will usually be in one of his allies lands if he has no provinces to hold.

    3. Depending on your campaign AI choice it will backstab you more or less often, but on the average AI it will be ok most of the time, especially if you make a marrige alliance.

    thanks

I have chosen Gracul AI (the most agressive one) but in turn 14, a single war WAS NOT declared, every faction keeps signing alliances especiialy with Papal state

    It is pretty weird

After some time when the rebel settlements are taken the alliances should start crumbling away. The papal states are extremely convenient to have as an ally, first off, you improve the papal favour and if the papal states join you in a war the enemy is automatically excommunicated. Non catholic factions also find that allying the pope is useful as it keeps the catholics at bay.

    you can destroy the pope,

you just have to kill all the cardinals before you kill that last pope, easiest way is to assassinate the pope every turn for 14 turns, but you can't miss cause he'll re-elect more cardinals the turn after his election. So if you assassinate the pope every turn every cardinal will get elected then once you assassinate the last one there's no cardinals left to elect the pope, and there's no pope to appoint cardinals. It usually takes about 6 really high level assassins to accomplish, and they technically still exist, but if you then proceed to kill every papal unit there stay a 'horde' slot on the end turn but they are essential extinct.
