i wonder if you can be emperor title and such..

can some1 in CA confirm that when you get the suprem power in rome..
1)do you get new title/i am mean not faction leader thing?
2)do the unit of the emperor on campaign map and on battlefield change to look more imperial style?
cause i am shore all of total war fans want to see "The Emperor Of Rome" or "Augustus" and not the lame faction leader..?

Probably when you eliminate the other 3 families your faction leader becomes emperor.

You cant eliminate the other family members unless one becomes a general in one of your legions and you send him out on a suicide charge.

Edit: At least that's the only way I know of until they release more info regarding the political system, nothing so far states you can assasinate them.

I think he means something along the lines of having titled ranks for faction leaders, such as if a barbarian chieftan conquers all of Europe, would it really be appropriate to be "just" a chieftan; wouldn't he be a high chief or something of the sort?

I guess we'll wait and see for the faction leader/title thing, but I would assume that it there's something like in your family/intrigue board that says you're emperor. I'm pretty sure the campaign map units will change with imperial reforms, the units on the battlemap will definitely change. I'm not sure where I saw it, but I think Lusted wrote a post about being able to keep the republican units if you choose to not reform. So definitely yes on unit changes being a possibility.

He was a special character, multiple pop up apparently during your campaign.

Well they had something similar in Shogun FotS, where your units changed once you became the vanguard for that particular faction. I don't know whether the clan leader title changed, but in that case I don't think it should. If it doesn't I think someone will be able to add it.
