Spartan names in the Console

I am experiencing an issue. Whenever I try to give a character a trait or ancillary, it always come back with, cannot find character. I am entering the name in correctly and with quotations. Example: (no apostrophes)
"Kritodemos of Sparta"
However, it never finds my character. What's wrong??

Edit: with the apostrophes in the console.

2nd Edit: I figured it out. You ahve to enter it like this, without the dashes:
-"name of_Sparta"-
If it is Blah Blah III, then it looks like this:
-"BlahBlah_III of_Sparta"
That's it. I believe it applies to all of the characters with names like of Athens, or of SuchandSuchTown. However, I haven't tried it yet.
Anyhow, that's it.
