Default CTD after such a good run!

Ok I am currently playing a Roman campaign on Med/Med using RTRPE v1.6 and no other mods. I can assure you I did do a completely clean install and so far have encountered no problems.

However, when I end the turn of Winter 178BC the game crashes to desktop. It does so after all my units have finished moving but before any other factions have their turn (I used 'toggle_fow' to check this).

So can anybody help me solve this?

If you have no suggestions can you please post the name of your favourite faction's campaign so I can decide which one to start next.

Is one of your cities rebeling?

Yes as a matter of fact I have abandoned 2 cities that probably will revolt this turn.
    Is that bad?

I think that is causing your CTD. We are trying to fix it. Post the two cities rebeling in this thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=60428

@alexCURSE: as a temporary measure you'll have to give away those rebelling cities to another faction; they may still revolt if you've messed them up enough, lol.
