How to change uniform colors? Look here!

Well, almost everyone will know how to open faction_uniform_colours_tables with PFM. But how to edit???

This frustrated me for a long time(almost drove me mad -_-) and finally, with the help of MS-Paint, I found it.

The color itself is very simple problem. You can find the exact R, G, B values in MS-Paint program.
But the table itself is very serious.(?) R1, G1, B1, R2, G2, B2, R3, G3, B3 these values was the main problem.

The repective R, G, B is RGB value for sector 1, sector 2, sector 3. Here we go.

SECTOR1(R1, G1, B1) : RGB values for UNIT ARMOR COLOR.

SECTOR2(R2, G2, B2) : RGB values for UNIT CLOTHES COLOR.(For example the mori clan's armour is black, clothes is red)

SECTOR3(R3, G3, B3) : RGB values for UNIT OFFICER JACKET COLOR

Now, let's do some examples.
I want to make the uesugi clan's armour totally black, the clothes purple, the jacket white. Then you find the uesugi entry and should enter
R1 0
G1 0
B1 0
R2 64
G2 0
B2 64
R3 255
G3 255
B3 255

And behold the glory!!!!!

i follow all these steps,step-by-step to make the uniform colours of Shimazu-Clan Dark Blue-Black-Black. 9 36 117 primary color and 0 0 0 for second and tertiary color.but in game the shimazu wear still
this Shimazu green.i dont know why.....

OK in case it is interesting,or some one have the same problem:
now the uniform colours works.the problem was a another mod,that changes the colours too.i thought because this mod was not set to load in Shogun Mod manager,it cannot be the problem.
but exactly this was the problem.now my soldiers wear blue armors.YEAH!
