Important rule if we are more specific. I cannot see any obstacle in replaying your turns if you haven't fought any battles.

Also its not my fault so why should I replay. admin should fine him or punish in the way he sees fitting, but replaying would just delay this HS and annoy me

i cant remember that i was notified about this matter. pls when rule violations come up notify me i wont roam the threas all the time to be updated.
anyway since people played along we are not going to replay but stannis will be fined. what i find interesting is that the zburanuki hadnt complained about the siege.
please inform me when its stannis turn so that i can fine him.

I guess I do lose a settlement 1 turn earlier this way as well as the men that I intended to move out of there, but I'm ok so long as he is fined.
