    Default Polybian reforms not working!

Hello, i'm currently playing EB at the moment as Romans, they are quite successful but there's a problem. With achieving all the conditions of a Polybian reform

    -At least year 242
-Hold 2 of these cities (Segesta, Mediolanum, Patavium, Bononia)
-Hold 2 of these cities (Lilibeo, Messana, Syracuse)

I still don't have the Polybian units in at all! Whats wrong with it? Its getting harder to deal with the Hellenic troops as my army are being outclass by them. (partly because of my overly aggressive expansion, i had an overstretched republic from Spain to Egypt and i had to face Seleucid at the moment)

    Thanks for reading!

i just got this from FAQ

Q: I just got reforms but I didn't get new units.
A: You have to upgrade your MIC in order to get new units.

can anyone explain what is MIC? thanks!

    Q: What does MIC mean?
A: MIC stands for Military-Industrial Complex, and is the most common way that forum members refer to the buildings in EB that enable you to recruit soldiers. Other names for the same include "barracks", and both are often prefixed by local/regional/allied or native/factional. Another FAQ entry points to the differences between these.

Basically your MIC is your barracks, or more specifically your factional barracks in this case. Before you can recruit Polybian units after the reforms hit you need to upgrade your factional barracks. If you go in to the construction tab of one of your cities and right click on the barracks there, you should see Polybian units available in that barracks. So build that barracks.

Unlike in Vanilla RTW the reforms are not immediate. Before they kick in you must first upgrade the required facilities. Hope this helps.

Did you activate the script? And continually activate it every time you reload a savegame?
