    I think mistakes have been made concerning the ruling in this hotseat.
    I had my part in this but now i know the situation of the factions better and can judge accordingly.

    I say the first turn of Bolton should be replayed as the fort rule was broken. the replaying would solve the problems.
    No other proper solution comes to my mind at the moment. the first turns seem to be very crucial for all 4 factions involved so a "Fair" judgement can hardly be made.
