edb changes-save game compatible?
Just a quick question, I've noticed that in mods that I play (cow, TATW, the sundering, etc, etc) some allow me to make edu, and edb changes that, when I load a saved game, I can see the changes and the game plays fine. With others however, any changes to these files casue my save games to crash when I try to load them. If I start a new campaign, the changes are fine, just not saves. I have compared the config file of the mods to see if the difference lies here, but to no avail. Does anyone no why some accept these changes and some do not?
Cheers

Re: edb changes-save game compatible?
Because the savegame contains info of buildings already built (or maybe which should be able to be build) and expects to find them in EDB and other files. Removing/changing buildings themselves has high chances of giving CTD's. Adding new buildings or levels might work, not sure. Changing requirements and capabilities should work fine I think, I don't know about the rest. And modding questions belong in the Mod workshop.
