    Icon4 mss32.dll error HELP

    Ok so I downloaded and installed rs2 and when I click "play roma surrectum II" a popup appears saying "the program cant start because mss32.dll is missing. please reinstall to fix this issue" but I HAVE reinstalled it and it STILL doesent work! HELP!

    OS: windows 7 64

    RTW version: 1.5

    Not using steam

    Install path: computer-local disk (c-games-roma surrectum 2

    You missing a file from Rome TW vanilla. Re-install Vanilla.
