Merc Barrack need more Cav

currently i have played a macedon campaigh for about 200 turn
i found AOR Barrack is compeletly lack of Cav which give me a very hard time to expand
because CAV unit alway taking the most heavy Casualties (not :wub: skirmisher)
and most of the heavy and medium cav i can only recurited at my homeland cities

is there anything i do it wrong or game was desgin in this way?

It's how it was supposed to be. The mod was indeed designed this way. The cavalry you can recruit in Carthage are the Numidian Javelin Cav I think and some light ones in Greece, at least for the moment.

Just build up your regular barracks in your conquered territories. I'm guessing you're either blitzing or just building the wrong buildings if you are having this much trouble retraining your cavalry. Are you certain you are building the highest level of barracks in the settlements you are trying to retrain from? There are two levels of barracks above the three that are shown in the building browser.
