Errors when creating new unit.

I recently made a new unit for Shogun 2, I followed this tutorial step-by-step (with some divergences); http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS9k47qU-0g

Now, when I start it up, there is no sound, the unit does not appear in the Custom Battle list and when I start a campaign the game crashes...

Any ideas?

I am having this exact same problem. Please let me know if you find the solution!

Fixed it. I had spaces in the pack file name. just add _ instead of a space.
