Submod that minimizes the control panel during a battle?
I know I've seen it before... I just don't know where to get it or how to set it up.
I've seen screenshots where only the unit cards are visible and there is an extremely condensed set of controls/buttons for units during battles.

It's not a submod your after. In the preferences folder in your RS2 installation you can change in the preferences.txt folder MINIMAL_UI:FALSE to MINIMAL_UI:TRUE. That should do it.
