After playing 3.2 for over several campaigns...suddenly crashing - Graphics Freeze!

Tatw is my favorite PC game-- it's about all I play.

I have successfully completed Gondor, Hard, Rohan, and Dale. Was trying my hand at Arnor when suddenly the game has begun to freeze on the campaign map level. I get a ton of green pixels, it's almost like an old atari console freeze. It then crashes my whole computer.

Anyone know what might have happened? My PC and Graphics card work perfectly otherwise.

I must admit, I'm using something of a dinosaur.

It's an old HP media center PC - Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT Intel Core Quad 2 processor (Q6600). 3072 MB Ram. Running windows vista.

Once again, the game has run smoothly for a while - this just happened a day or so ago.

Any help?

Did you test other high demanding games, does it happen while playing them too? If it does, then something is wrong with one of your components..

When the game crashes, do you get a little black screen with an error message: Medieval has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.. ?

Maybe your computer is overheating. Does it happen after you've been playing for awhile? Clean your PC and make sure it is free of and dust.
