    Default Managment of Carthage

Hi all, im new here and I was wondering....

What do you all think the best way to manage Carthage, (im useing RTR). I always seem to run into alot of financial troubles, as well as constant rebels for no apparent reason. Im a big fan of a historicaly accurate Carthage, and dont really want to conquer Numidia, but just make them protectraits, mainly cause I just dont like how it shapes out. Anyway, whats some advice? I would appreciate it, thanks!

This belongs in RTR sub section.

The sooner you can get Spain, the better. I don't know about RTR, but in Vanilla, I wait until the Julii and Iberians break their back on the bridges outside Corduba (3 or 4 full stack armies defeated combined), then strike out towards the mountains seperating Spain from the rest of Europe (what that province/pass is called I don't know). Then consolidate Spain, and then you are in a good spot to do what you want (I'd recommend attacking Sicily and then Italy).
Count no man happy until he is dead.

well you could just kill the numidians and make their towns rebel again =P, then you could take sidon, and the african coast if you'd like a good chartaginian shape
