Multiple Errors

After installing RS II I get these Errors when trying to play RS II.

I checked my RTW (Goldedition nonsteam) for the right version and then I copied it on my Desktop and renamed it to RS II.
Then I ran the installer and made sure to chose the right path.
This folder definitively was the destination of the installation since it has all the new files/datas, thats why Im wondering why the installation seems to be wrong.
If I start RTW vanilla everything is modded and I even have the new units in the custom battles.

I have Windows 7 64bit
RTW Version 1.5
No Steam - Goldedition tho

Do you have the alex expansion? Gold edition is just RTW and BI so you should be using BI instead of Alex.exe.

I only have Vanilla and BI, no Alex. So I should start the game with the BI.exe?

9 times out of ten this has to do with installation problems. Take a screen of the folder that contains both rs 2.5 and vanilla RTW. I don't suggest installing the mod or games to your desktop but rather something simpler like (C:\Roma Surrectum).

I know it is frustrating but do a complete re-install. Install Rome total War Vanilla to something similar to E:\Games\Rome - Total War Gold Edition. Then install the mod to the same pathway that is it should end in "Rome - Total War Gold Edition".

You could try one last time, maybe it has to do with the shortcut you use, do you see the three Batch files, one for RTW, one for RTW.BI and one for Alex.exe.? Click the BI one and see if that resolves this
