Re: When would you consider your campaign to be over?
I think after killing the Storm of Chaos is the time to quit the campaign with all the good factions. Really u dont have much to do after that though.
About taking on the Chaos Undivided, I think u will achieve the victory condition before u can do much to them.

Re: When would you consider your campaign to be over?
I'd be the same, once the chaos storm has been completly wiped out, i go around taking all enemy/rebel territory within the empire and then give them back to the various empire factions
then i might send a few expeditions to take all of norsca and give it to the HE elves
maaaaaybe help the dwarfs take back their holds, asside from that not much else!

As Dwarves my favorite thing is sending units from any free karaks out to takeover Human settlements slowly turning it into the Empire... of the Dwarves!!!

Re: When would you consider your campaign to be over?
I consider campaigns over once I get bored with them. I usually roleplay every campaign so that means there's no real end to everything. I gift, buy, and sell regions to all the factions to avoid having them wiped out. After all, in anything related to Warhammer, fantasy or 40k, there is only war.

I think a blood raven said it best "Victory is only a prelude to the next battle". I think the victory conditions are like guidelines.

Re: When would you consider your campaign to be over?
Yeah, I play to have fun with one faction, once I feel like I have accomplished enough, I start new one. IT is a bit like in Crusader Kings 2 that I have been playing recently, there is no goals, just do your thing, and at some point you can consider "ok, that was fun, whats next?". I don't never go and conquer the whole map for example, not even close. Only TW game I have done that was vanilla RTW back in days.
