Burebista ... = Cain. I presume.

Indeed. That is one of the downsides of TW games. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is a practical solution for it.Originally Posted by Ragss

im a little peeved that too much of the game is being given away. what is their left for people who buy the game to discover?
I ca't help lookin at em though![]()
Is it just me.... or do they look exactly like rome?![]()
To me this makes the game seem like a rather complete mod for rome. Compared to other images i've seen these don't do the graphics justice but they do seem to confirm to me that this game will disappoint by being too similar to what we've seen already in RTW. Get ready for more of the same folks.
I was under the impression that for the most part, Mesoamerican cultures didn't bother with walls around their settlements.
Or is that a myth or something?
The screenshots aren't screenshots at all, but rather images from a video capture.
Someone was filming it with a camera and then took out the pictures afterwards.
Stuff like this never looks as nice as a true screenshot, but what can you do.
As for it looking similar to Rome, well...it is built on the same engine.
You know, I don't really understand you "TW fans". First you are complaining about the lack of AI and Diplomacy and how much you don't care about how different soldiers look and how the graphics are. Then all of a sudden you are whining about the graphics. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was gameplay over graphics? Make up your damn minds already.
Oh, and keep in mind these pictures are taken on a PHONE. Not a 7.1 megapixel e-penis deluxe digital camera.
I can see the difference between the graphics of RTW and MTW2 in these phone shots and imo, MTW2 looks miles better. The models, textures and especially maps are breathtaking.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but it's getting pretty ridiculous.

How deep is that cave of yours? I think it's quite a difference from Rome.Originally Posted by Zhuge_Liang

Can you make a mod that does this? I like to see it. Har-har.

Huh, it looks like you can take prisoners from one of the screen shots, I wonder whats the point. (Slaves, mercanaries?)
for-profit death machine.
