    What are you guys doing?
I'm playing lots of Total War, watching a ton of LPs, and just finished watching the Decisive Battles series and will watch Time Commanders.

First I played Rome, then read a TON of books, whether it's modern history, historical fiction, or Plutarch and Julius Caesar's Commentaries. Now I'm playing Mount and Blade mods and checking these forums far too often than is healthy. I can't wait until Rome 2 is out, my internet usage will drastically decrease!
If you rep me, leave your name. I'll look more kindly on your future transgressions.

I'm trying to stay away form lets plays, checking the twc main site for news, watching to form for any extra information, and playing Medieval 2 and Shogun 2 MP. Medieval 2 because the way I've read it the armor feature is similar to the armor features and the units seem to have the same amount of moral and Shogun 2 mp cause its fun .

I've been reading quite a bit on the late Roman republic (especially the Civil Wars), and a little bit about the Hellenistic era and Carthage too. I also hope to get round to watching HBO Rome, Spartacus and a plethora of old Hollywood Swords and Sandals movies just to set the scene.

We are making a fanmade decisive battle series Called DEATH GROUND. We are testing it with Shogun 2 , ros, and fots before Rome 2. So samurai will be season 1, season 2 will be rome 2 and probably more rome 2. Check us out

I actually started planning ahead yesterday. I added as many movies/documentaries I could to Netflix, so I will have plenty to watch once Rome II comes out. I don't want to start watching them before it comes out though. I made that mistake before Shogun II and I was half sick of Samurai movies and the whole era by the time the game came out.

Luckily for me NCAA Football 14 comes out in a couple weeks and Madden 14 comes out at the end of August, so those 2 games will occupy my mind before Rome II finally arrives.

Same here - watching HBO/BBC's Rome (finished the two seasons actually, but I'm thinking about re-watching them) and playing a lot of Roma Surrectum II. I'm also playing some Fifa 13 and League of Legends but that's about it.

I think I'm gonna re-watch all of HBO's Rome (2 seasons) over the next to months and just immerse myself in Roman literature and movies in general.

Making money. Converting one room into a new entertainment center for the house and then when Rome II is released, I will be enjoying it in the best way possible.
