New player having some camera troubles.
Hey there. So I just started the game and I am working on the tutorials.
My issue is that the camera seems a bit too sensitive. If I move the mouse, the camera glides away from the focus. This is in both the over-map and the battles. Is there any setting I can change or something I am doing wrong?
On a side note. Any tips on managing large scale battles easier? I tend to get all panic mode when stuff goes down instead of keeping a clear head and handling it. I feel great about the over map but the battles are a little rough.
Thank you very much everyone. I am really enjoying the game so far.

Re: New player having some camera troubles.
When you start the game and get to the main menu. click options then controls, you can set the mouse movement speed there. managing your units in a large battle, that takes practice. There's a number of keyboard shortcuts you can use to make it easier, also in the options section. You can double click the unit card to zoom to that unit. You might also try a different vantage point, like viewing the battle from the side. Perhaps do some custom battles to try out different things.

Re: New player having some camera troubles.
Thanks a bunch. Ill try and fiddle with the settings a bit. I never considered doing custom battles for practice. Its a great idea to keep trying those until I am comfortable in enough to take on a campaign.
I was checking out the shortcuts. I can see how they can help alot and I really want to implement them to my game. Only thing is that there are a ton of them. Any specific really important ones. I was thinking of making a list to look at until I have them memorized.
This help is greatly appreciated. Any advice I can get would be wonderful. Thank for all the help.

Re: New player having some camera troubles.
To move around the campaign map, click and hold the centre mouse button and you'll be able to navigate much easier.
The link below will take you to probably the best overall guide to S2 out there.
