    Default Editing unit caps

    Hi, I've been trying to edit the unit caps for Samurai/Monk/Special units to try to make the game more historically accurate with armies being composed mainly of Ashigaru backed by a few elite units.

    I'm using the Assembly Kit and I've followed tutorials found on this site as well as official ones from CA. Now I use TWeak to edit the units tab to change the figure under "total cap" from 0 to 2 for several units. I noticed the Cannon Bune is capped at 2 in this same figure so it has to govern the same stat. However once I apply my changes and then use BOB to create a .pack file and select it and start up Shogun 2 champaign I can still recruit more than 2 Samurai. So my question is am I editing the correct stat? Is there a step I missed? I would appreciate help here, I have searched for hours and have found no solution nor any mod that already does this and is updated and currently working.

    I really want to see this too! much less samurai... but make them fearsome to asugaru!
