Radeon X1300 Pci
Just got home from my friends house, he bought a new graphics card from circuitcity online and it got to his house today. Well its a pci card and i was amazed by it, i know its still low end, but he was running doom 3 at high-medium settings with a 2.8 ghz pentium 4 and a 1.5 gigs of ram. Its a pci card, i decided to buy one for my old computer with no agp or pci-express slot and use it for my CAD programs. Check it http://www.circuitcity.com/rpsm/oid/...Detail.do#tabs
Do you think its worth it? Wonder if it runs bf2 at medium settings.

Re: Radeon X1300 Pci
I know its low end, but people here that dont have pci-e or agp and cant afford a computer have something they can buy to actually run games today at medium settings. Im getting it for my old computer to run my CAD programs at better speeds then the integrated card on it. I already use my computer with my geforce 6800 gt for gaming. I wonder if it will run bf2 since i have this computer in my office that way i can have my friends playing at the same time as me.

Re: Radeon X1300 Pci
Its not really a rip-off, pci and agp cards are more expensive then their pci-e counterparts. Nothing you can really do about it, everyone charges the same price except tigerdirect or newegg who might charge 20 bucks less. Placed in order in but wont get it until wednesday because of labor day.
