More units in custom battle??

Is there any way to put a higher number of soldiers in custom battle, I have it on the max but there is some mod or settings to overcome the enormous size. because my computer gives a lot more than 160 ...

Yes, yes there is.

The SPQR mod does it, and this one too.

Are you after more units per army in a custom battle or are you after more men in each unit? The title of the thread refers to the former but your post seems to ask for the latter.

The number of men/unit is hard-coded (I think with the huge settings you can get up to 243 men in a unit (240 men plus extra if it's the stack's 'general') - other units will have less than that). Any more than that involves modding the exe and that canont be discussed on this forum.
