Sounds like a spam thread doesn't it.. Well it's not, read on...
Brief back story. A few months back Adobe made the decision to shut down the license servers for it's creative suite 2 programs due to a technical issue. Older versions of programs Inc Photoshop, After effects, Premier pro 2, illustrator, Audition and a handful of others which were still available no longer required registration, so Adobe released all the programs with serial numbers..

While the programs are older (legacy) versions they were all high end industry standards when they were released.. The programs are now unsupported, but were obviously extremely stable. If you have an older machine (XP) I imagine they'll only be restricted by the machines capabilities, on newer machines (providing they run) they work like a dream..I DL'd Photoshop and Audition and both run without a problem on win7..
You're welcome.Installing legacy programs on newer windows os systems (I've installed PS on windows 7 with this method and it works fine) .. Once you've downloaded....
1. Right-click on the installer file (.exe file)
2. Select Properties then go to the Compatibility tab.
3. Put a check on the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” then select the previous OS which you think it worked. I did Windows XP Service Pack 2...
4. Then under Privilege Level, place a check on “Run this program as administrator”
5. Click Apply then OK.![]()
