Question about capture points

I hope Jack can answer this question in his next update. I wanted to know if the capture points in the land battles will be present in every land battle or only when you attack an army that is in defensive position in the campaign map?
If they appear in all land battles then I would be a bit worried about the impact this can have in the AI mechanics. I don’t want the AI always rushing to the capture point every time they attack me, and always setting a defensive position around his capture point when I attack
If the capture points only appear when an army is in defensive position then I just hope it dosnt turn in kind of a siege battle but without the city.
This are just some doubts that I have about the capture points, in general I think the game its going to be legen… wait for it…

I think that Hardwaremaster at the Official forum had played the game at E3, and he told us that the capturing point only gave you increased stamina and was not a game winner. But i understand your worries. The A.I might want to capture that point a little too much.
