In FOTS I want to change Fire-By-Rank to be toggled automatically so the AI will use it all the time on the units I have it designated on. It feels out of place that a Victorian era army is not able to fire by rank and has to use the kneel-fire ability (That the AI only uses like half of the time) which is stiff and not that great. Plus, because of my ignorance of the AI's disability to use fire-by-rank (at least for the times I used Radious units) I believe I was inadvertently gaining an advantage against rifle using units.

I know that some abilities like skirmish mode and such can be toggled to be on automatically, and I want to change Fire-By-Rank to act as such so I could have a more challenging campaign. The AI seems smart enough to use new units I get from unit packs, so I want to be able to have this defaulted so I don't have to worry about it anymore.
