I remember seing somewhere that Smokeyy said that panda was ill. He subbed him in other HS, but I'd rather the admin or someone not near Greyjoy subs him to avoid conflict of interest.

If not, I agree with MikaZora, replacement from turn one is the best thing to do in order to avoid conflicts!
