When it is revealed to him that the specter, the semblance of a past love he thought deceased, is in fact alive and well, flips his world upside down. I've been told this is still open. If that is the case, I'd quite like to enter The Great Expedition.

The Great Expedition is set in a distant future, whereby the nations of earth have set forth to create vast kingdoms, dictatorships and republics among the stars. Occupying the cracks between these behemoths, there are newer nations known as successor states. These entities have no Earth pedigree, instead being comprised of settlers from a multitudes of sources that have banded together for independence and other common causes. The cradle of the human race, Earth, is tenuously managed by the United Nations, an organisation dedicated to limiting the scale and scope of wars between states.

The Great Expedition focuses on the frontier planet of Nova Sydney, currently claimed by the vast Kingdom of Pax Anglia. Despite already having a settled population of human colonists (who knew the planet by 'Seclusion'), the Anglicans have utilised gunboat diplomacy to establish their own colony and subdue the protests of the natives. Henry Boyce is the son of the hideously wealthy Lord Chelsea, who has been drawn to Nova Sydney's capital of Port Jackson in order to conduct research on behalf of the Royal Scientific Institute. While not exactly enamoured with the post, it has allowed him to avoid being conscripted into the Queen's navy...
Swords of the Sea: 1066 has come and gone, the Danelaw torn down and a new kingdom built in the image of its Norman rulers. But with time, wounds heal and what is broken can be reforged. The Danes have returned with steel, and seek to reclaim what is theirs.
The Great Expedition: Pax Anglia, one of Earth's great empires, sprawling across the stars. On their newly colonised planet of Nova Sydney, adventure awaits on the savage frontier - Henry Boyce steps forward to lead an expedition to pierce the Bushlands' wild heart.
Winter War: Finland, 1939. The Soviet war machine has begun its indomitable advance from the east. Of all its neighbours, only Finland stands alone in defiance. Conscript Anton Bezrukov prepares for a quick victory, but the reality is far bloodier...

So many "Tales" titles. God we're unoriginal.

    "Tales of Terros"

The land of Terros is in turmoil. For over 1,000 years, the Creator has been unseen, and now his children's creations battle for their people's supremacy. Northman Tyrus Wolfsbane leads a rebellion against the Athosian Empire to the south, The wolfmen are rising, and the Gods battle for supremacy. Who will survive the battle to control Terros' fate?
