Default I really saw Heaven.(no joke)

Hello. Im srvnt and i just saw heaven. No there are some skeptics, but this was real. I wasnt high, drunk, sleepy, or influenced in anyway. i was wide awake and my mind wasnt even on the subject of Heaven. I am a new Christian, but not new to Christianity. I was at my cp just reading some forums, I blinkd and i was in field. I could feel the grass between my toes and under my feet. I could feel the wind in my hair, the smell of the ocean, and the smell of the grass. I could hear the ocean. I was kinda creeped out. I looked and I saw HIM, He came and gave me a hug that seemed to last forever, i could feel him, smell him, see him, hear him breath and talk to me. He just wanted to let me know that He was here for me, and HE was coming real soon. So yeah you may not believe in heaven, but i know wat i saw, felt, and heard. Heaven is real. He=Jesus Christ.

Forgive me if I seem overly sceptical...

Many people have claimed to have 'seen heaven'. Why is your word more reliable than a muslim who claims the same thing?

Doesn't this just destroy the point of free-will? If Jesus is simply going to start showing people heaven the 'we have free will to choose to believe in God or not' argument falls apart and God might as well appear and tell everyone he exists.

Why? Why did Jesus decide to bring you to heaven just to say 'I am coming soon'? Christians have been saying Jesus will return since the birth of Christianity itself. Seems a bit pointless to me...

So what did Jesus look like anyway?

Well my friend I do truly hope it was real, but it is my human nature to be skeptical. Well I do know that judging on how you act on here if anyone was to be allowed to see heaven it would be you. Perhaps its an vision. Perhaps you are meant to be an prophet. Follow your dreams and find out...At least your visions are nice and cozy. Mine deals with the end of Mankind. So I would say its best that I don’t follow that dream. O and one more thing, it takes guts to post what you did on here. We all know that by doing so you are opening yourself up to attacks from not only the members of S.I.N., but from your own brethren from F.A.I.T.H. too.

interpreting what He said."He was coming real soon" would probably mean: The end of the world, Jesus Christ is coming again, or you are going to die very soon.

Hi. I saw heaven yes. but to wat Jesus looked like its, hard to describe, i knew it was Him but, its like looking in mirror then looking away and forgeting wat ur wearing. does that explain it? God has told us that He was real from the 'get-go". I believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven, not islam, hinduism, or bhuddism, or just being baptised/going to church/ or being a 'moral' person. It may sound narrow minded but think of it this way: God is the Father, right, so He set a us a rule like a worldly father, example a father will teach his kid how to ride a bike, there is only one way to ride a bike, balance, God has sent us one way, Jesus. so its simple "follow Him or u dont ride the bike". And free will is still free, we have a choice to invite Christ into our lives or not too.

If god is like that, I would rather burn forever than listening to him. I'll get used to it eventually, and I would get to meat alot of people there. Like Bon Scott!

Prove it. Show us some photographs, videgraphic recording, audio. Something. Unless you do that, you're basically barking in the wind.

You were either tripping on something mighty crazy or you were having one of those realistic dreams. I've had realistic dreams before. You can feel, hear, see, etc. everything. It seems so real. Hell, I've been shot and stabbed in some of mine. It hurts. A lot.
But it's a dream. A figment of one's imagination. Nothing more.

Mate demanding that someone produce a video-recording of an out-of-body type experience is the most ridiculously stupid thing I have ever heard.

It's as dumb as if I said 'I had a dream about flying to the moon the other night' and you come back saying 'Prove it, where is your evidence.'

Well, I guess you are only 16 so you wouldn't know much about um....lots of things, including good manners and allowing someone else to believe what they believe without people degrading or belittling them.

Jesu, good for you, I hope it was real.

It was sarcasm. The point was that without hard evidence, religious claims are basically ****.

There's a difference between having a dream and realizing that it was a dream, and having a dream and thinking that it actually happened.

Well, if it isn't the pot calling the kettle black. Calling me belittling when you are belittling me due to my age.

Hi me again. First: i have also had realistic dreams where you SWEAR it was real, this WAS real.
    @ Octavion

Being baptised doesnt get one to heaven. Christ does.
And about Heaven being populated, i saw one thing, i didnt explore heaven. Its like being put in the middle of Kansas with nothing around you and coming up with the conclusion that no one lives in Kansas.

    @ Cluny the Scourge

Why need a moon or tides in Heaven? I have read Revelation and many other books in the Bible about Heaven and i believe it will be a place much like earth, with oceans, lakes, forests, fields, but without sin, pain, and death. I believe that, "There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun,for the Lord God will give them the light. And they will reign for ever and ever" Revelation 22:5

Forests are made up of trees. It is a necessary element in the make-up of what makes a tree a tree that it grows from a sapling, seeds other trees, withers and dies. If it didn't do that it wouldn't be a tree - it would be something else. That's death.

The same applies to the grass and whatever other vegetation grows in these fields you mention. And to the microbes and insect-life that are necessary to make the soil healthy enough to support that vegetation.

It all grows, flourishes, then dies, in a complex interchange of chemical energies. It's ecology.

Dead oceans without any sea-life, tidal movements defining their currents and patterns, are not oceans - they're just really big pools of pointless water, existing for no purpose, supporting no life, dead, empty, meaningless.

Human beings also have necessary constituent elements that make them 'human'. If we didn't have pain and suffering, we wouldn't BE human beings anymore, but something else that thought and felt and existed in a way completely ALIEN to us.

Your idea of heaven as a vast garden recreating a stagnant, empty version of Earth is sick, and inhabited by inhuman monsters who don't even remember what pain feels like.

Um, skepticism is a good thing but what your asking for is ridiculous. I'm not saying I believe this guy, but asking for such evidence in this particular case is like asking somebody to take video of their dream.

Actually, encouraging him will only mess up the life of this poor kid even more than what the church and other brainwashers have already done.
You know that is just absurd and unreasonable. Going to church improves the lives of millions of people around the globe. Statistical studies show that people who attend some sort of church (be it any religion) live longer on average than people who don't. Even if religion is a falsehood or a lie, to claim it screws up peoples lives is just plain ignorant.

Life is not just about living long.

And it messes up the lives of billions of people who don't go.

Tell that to the poor girl who got pregnant because she didn't know what condoms were.
Tell that to the poor girl who got raped and cannot get an abortion.
Tell that to the poor man who has to fight to euthanize his comatose and terminally ill wife and has to hear that his own president is against him.

The churches Pro-life attitude makes me sick! They have no qualms telling a teenage girl that she cannot get an abortion, but where are they when she is homeless and moneyless because she cannot afford to care for the baby?

It screws up peoples lives period!.. Turning your head away from it doesn't make it go away.. But keep turning it, because the church has become damn good at it.

Oh please. Are you seriously trying to say that religion is the only thing at fault for such situations? I think you are the one who is not thinking rationally here. You are taking the small minority and forcing it to represent the masses.

Most religious girls know damn well what a condom is
Most religious institutions in the world would allow an abortion in such a case
Uh, since when does one man's view represent billions? Most Christians I know would support Euthanasia in certain cases.

And whether or not the pregnant girl gets an abortion or not is not dictated by the church at all. It is mostly a personal matter for the pregnant girl or between parent and daughter.

You seem to be asserting that religion is the root of the world's social problems. There is no evidence to suggest this, there might even be evidence to the contrary. Your position is illogical and unsupported.

Sounds like Heaven is an empty place. Hell must be the place for everyone to go. I can't wait for the parties down there.

Your experience is culturally coloured (dunno if these are the right words). What if you have grown up in islamic Iran? Than you would've seen Muhammed standing at the gates of heaven instead of Jesus.
