Default Early/Mid/Late Campaigns in ROME 2

I was wondering if Rome 2 is going to have early campaign (~275BC) and a Late Campaign @ 47BC and even possibly a middle campaign. Its just that for every campaign screenshot they release it is either set in 47BC or at the start of the game ~270BC. The factions also seem to retain similar provinces in all screenshots. For example, all screenshots @ 47BC show Rome holding most of Gaul and a massive purple faction in the east holding all of mesopotamia

Nope, in the factions page there is a pic of Egypt at 271 BC. So the game will start at 275 BC

Also, the campaign will not be divided on periods...i think.

That purple blob is Parthia haha, and I'm pretty sure this all staged just for the screenshots, if I'm not mistaken that's how the Roman/Parthia empire looked around that time historically

I'm guessing we won't get that option. It would be nice to have though; it'd be far more glorious to destroy Rome as the Arverni in when the Romans already control the western Mediterranean as opposed to central and southern Italy.

pontus is actually the small yellow kingdom to the west of parthia with 2 regions one of which is the black see coast.. the starting point of pontus

It's Spartinth, a combo city. But really, I think it's supposed to be Sparta

And no multi campaigns. That's the reason they did 1ypt. So players can get from 275 BC to 25 AD in a brisk manner.

It is Sparta, CA just decided to relocate Sparta a little bit to the north of where it should be.

Yeah I wonder why that is? I understand why the Isthmus is so wide but why is Sparta there?

I was about to complain that there was no Corinth on the map, but then I remembered that it was 47 BC and ancient Corinth was irradicated since 146 BC.

ye no problem bro...and i think that the new yellow color is much better than pontos` light blue color in rome I.
Also those poor Spartans seem to be in trouble! look at the huge roman stack that is probably going to tear the small Spartan army apart and then conquer the city... if only that Athenian army up north could come and help them xD
