Is there any way to "Give" a Rebal settlement to another faction out of game? Because i would love to give some towns to other factions, like some towns on Sicily to Greece.

if you mean changing the faction ownership of a province at the start of a campaign, yes it is, and quiet easy.

Ah yes, I know how to change owner ship of towns soon after i started editing the decr strat, never used that tutorial to learn it, I saw it just after i taught myself. It is quite an easy process though
