First post and what a wicked job you guys did with this game, keep it up!!!
But to get to the point my campaign crashs once and a while when i hit the end turn button. As soon as i hit it, it crashs and i think i know why i just dont know how to fix it. It seems to ctd when a revolt is about to happen.
I played as carthage got as far as 220bc or so, crossed the dessert into egypt slaughtered and burnt down Alexandria Memphis and the other two along the river and marched back to carthage to take on Rome and do the same raid with my experienced troops.Egyt took back one of the 4 settlements and memphis and the other one not alexandria both switched back to egytp without a revolt. They had no troops in the towns. When Alexandria had enough of my rule and the time seemed right for a revolt (cause i never kept troops in these settlements), CTD CTD CTD everytime.
I then played as seleucids not even 10 turns, CTD. seleucid lands are known for revolts
BUT what really set it off for me to figure it out was playin as gauls.Secured modern day france and then raided Rome.Grabbed their settlement arriminum,
didn"T leave any troops wanted a revolt and when time came for a revolt CTD CTD
Then when i ran the same campaign Gauls for the 3 time i gave back arriminum to rome as a gift they accepted, no revolt attemt, NO CTD and able to keep playing as long as no one revolts against me
This must be the most iv ever typed on comp. Can anyone help me on this.
P.S. I did see a Gladitorial revolt in syracuse with my carthage campaign,i used lots of spies to keep sicily unstable and time consuming for Rome to rule and a buffer zone. Syracuse was the only to revolt, everyone else was on the braking point but nothin.
