Stannis Baratheon saves the realm from the Targaryen/Dothraki Threat!

Stannis and his generals thought about their plan for months and now it was the time to strike. The Dothraki armies have travelled back to Evenfall and build encampments outside the castle as the armies were too big. This was Stannis chance. He and his general Roland Storm together with reeinforcements from Storms End and Griffins Roost lead by Cortnay Penrose and Edric Storm sailed under Davos Seaworth's smugglers cloak over night to Tarth. Early in the morning Stannis led his main army from the north-east right into the encampments of the enemy where their defence was the weakest. His knights slaughtered enemys left and right and they rushed through the encampment like a knife through butter. the Targaryen army was split in half and before they could reassemble Penrose and Edric Storm attacked from the south-west to finish the remaining troops at Evenfall. Thousands of Dothraki warriors lay dead and all their generals are locked up in their forts which are besieged also Viserys Targaryen is sieged in the castle of Evenfall. Only the Targaryen girl and their fleet remain.

This is not true: you're first in the turn order.
So other players can move whatever they can move in their turns, including sallying out if they can (even by disbanding the defeated army which retreated in castles/forts)
On the contrary you're the one who should beware to not move defeated units.

didnt think about being first in turn order well then he cannot move them anyway so doesnt matter since i defeated nearly all troops on Tarth;P
he can then ofc only sally forth, if he disbands the units which were defeated before, as they are not allowed to attack. since i am first in the turn order it doesnt matter as there were only a few troops oin the fort which wont be able to sally against stannis.
