Unspecified error DURING battle, not at start

Hi all. Please try to wrap your brains around this one.

I've run into a recurring CTD with the dreaded 'unspecified error' message. I'm playing as Gondor, and it happens every time I fight a Mordor army in Dagorlad. The battle loads fine, but just as the troops are about to get into melee range it crashes, at the same time every time. I've tried sending in different troops in my army, so it's not a problem with my troops. It could be a problem with one of their units, or it could be something wrong with the battle map, climate, etc. I also wondered if it might be somehow related to unit animations, as it always happens roughly when the enemy charges at me.

Anyone got any ideas?

Yes, I think the enemy had a small reinforcing army every time. How might that be the problem?

Well, there is a fix for reinforcement bug, but, it is not savegame compatible, that means, you will have to start a new campaign in order to fix actually works.

Be sure to delete map.rwm file after making changes. ( and, if you haven`t made any changes to your original TATW Files, NOTE 2 is for you ).

If that was known it would probably been fixed by now hehe, ut indeed it's a reoccuring issue.
The only solutions is as a rule to repeat the battle till it do not crash, to use cheat codes instead to win that specific battle in case you assume you would or to avoid the battle in that specific spot entierly
