Notice the character with the back to the 'camera', yellow banner, white symbol. That's a woman, and that's an army! Agents have round markers and not banners, as is obvious from the image.
Given that the army appears to come from Ancyra, and how the clothing looks, I believe it is a Celt we are looking at, obviously the Galatians (but they appear to have lost their home to Pontus).
