I think any of the 117 factions will have a chance to be made into dlc.

Can't tell if this is serious. Were there any active civilizations in the Mali area during early Roman times? If this is, why not go with a Nubian faction instead?

IMO numidians are an important enough peripheral actor in the punic wars, so they need to be present. I hope having them playable, although I don't think any african DLC would be released.

I think there will be no DLC for that, but it will be cool we can see them, perhaps in the egypt faction at the release.

Numidians also played a significant role during the Late Republic too, consider the wars of Gaius Marius against Jugurtha, or the significant role King Juba played in supporting the Pompeiian cause against Caesar in Africa.
They are important enough faction to be included as playable, but I doubt they will be included as they aren't famous enough.

So many factions I think deserve to be in the game, and Numidia is definitely one of them. Here's hoping CA do some sort of "North African/Iberian culture pack", with 2 Iberian tribes and Numidia.

you are confused my friend , the word you are searching for is Numantia the city of the Arevacos a celtiberian tribe.
