@Kaelnaar Thanks for that translation, I see it now.
Google translates it as "Addition to the "Set" Culture policyholders' "- as a gift"
    Updated OP.

    Just pre-ordered from greenmangaming.

Russian key sites might be slightly cheaper, but I don't trust them.

If the reviews are good, I would probably pay the 500.
Some of us are on a tight budget, and don't have $500 lying around

I only put the trustworthy sites in the OP. There were some websites that I excluded from the list because of their negative reviews.
The only thing I would be worried about, really, is navigating the website itself (since its in Russian).
But Google Translate takes care of that problem too

A lot of Russian key sites are censored on the Steam forums and replaced by the words "Unauthorized Reseller". That should tell you something (for example cdkeysdiscount.com is censored on the forums and replaced by "Unauthorized Reseller").

    http://forums.steampowered.com/forum....php?t=2347945

That's why these Russian sites aren't worth it to me. You might save a few bucks, but end up having your account locked.

I wasn't aware of that. Removed the link from the OP, thanks for the tip.
I had originally based my judgement on user reviews of the website: http://www.trustpilot.com/review/cdkeysdiscount.com

Also, they informed me that they will, most likely, not come with the Greek DLC.
*Warning: This offer may not include the Greek States DLC!

This site pre order (no bonus pack) should be the cheapest i think.

    Indian Ruppe ~ USD18.
I bought my Max Payne 3 from there and was ok.
But having credit payment issue this morning as seems i cannot buy from India anymore.

I have to ask, the pre-order thing, I know this topic isn't directly about it, but it is part of the deal so... Is it actual content that has been cut out from main game? I kinda don't want to pre-order a game if that is the case, just to not support behaviour like that, rather buy it after then. If it isn't content like that, I will propably pre-order it, Greenmangaming sounds good with -25% code, I really want to support it since it is great, and we need competition to Steam to keep things straight.

    Thanks, added.
Edit: Removed India link. A member alerted me that the offer may be for Rome, not Rome II (judging by product description).
Until someone can confirm without doubt that it is Rome II, it will not be included in the list.

Most retailers are offering the DLC for free (with the pre-order). I have included those that include the Greek DLC, and have clearly labelled those that do NOT include the DLC.

Having said that, what about those people that buy the game after it releases? They will have to spend extra cash to play as Greek states. Imagine the original RTW being released without having the Greeks as a playable faction?
Now, I don't mind DLCs that are released after the game is initially sold. But day-one DLCs... not a big fan of that. Might as well package it with the main game, imo.

Yeah, this propably has nothing to do with CA, it's publishers and retailers that make deals like this, but still, if it is day one dlc, I just don't want to support that stuff. Everything released after post launch I don't care, it can be rpiced anything, and cen be anything, but cutted content, no no. But then thinking buying it without it, and then dlc, I would still be "supporting" day one dlc... After thinking it over, I don't think there is right way of doing this, but to just give up and buy the damn pre-order deal.

So I will just keep eye on this thread, it is a good idea. Is there a way knowing which sources give most to the devs? Like Steam takes cut, physical copy, is that actually less profitable for them, and so on, or is it pretty much the same all around?

It doesn't really work that way, since CA is owned by SEGA. SEGA gets all of the money (expect the part that goes to the retailers and similar, Steam takes 30% for example), CA doesn't have their own budgets, they get a budget from SEGA every time they make a new game.

Very good deal, and it looks like it includes the Greek DLC!
Added under "Region" section. However, I am still leaving the other offers on the list.
The idea is to give people choices, because sometimes people are unable to buy from a specific place (due to payment methods, or perhaps other reasons).
    Thanks
