Hint: It has something to do with the fact that Rome II is priced differently for different regions. Anyway it is legit because i personally brought from him and i activated the key. Just waiting for the preload. He is making a small profit from it but i saved like 10+bucks so we both benefit

Nope, you'll can't play the game. You need to buy it from your country directly.
Cancel the pre-order now and you will receive your money I think.

• China, Taiwan, & Hong Kong
• Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, & Myanmar
• Russia + CIS
• India
• Turkey

Also, copies purchased elsewhere in the world outside of those regions listed, will not work within those regions.
