Thanks for that warning. I really hope we all users of this thread choosed trusted sellers and we should really be thankful for all those references made by the community and not least the OP for this great idea to list them.

IF anyone will get into troubles with his (her) source / please contact the OP via pm and he should make an announcement if he gets at least two or three complaints about the same seller after the 3rd.

Yes, please do so. The purpose of this thread is to find inexpensive (and reliable) sellers.

    Also, +1 to iHEO.
Ordered Rome II from him for $34, and got the Steam gift within the hour.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

£25 on UK Amazon now with Greek States and release day delivery. That is really cheap for a new game from a major seller.

Yes that is infact amazing and not amazon .

Meanwhile I am really curious about the sales and prices as we still have to pay ridicilously 55 € in Steam Europe!
The amazon price is now 37 € including shipping across Europe. (Just login with your personal amazon account, no matter what country you are)

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Total-War-Ro...eywords=rome+2

If the prices around that are so low what is actually happening. If a price drops before release there might be two reasons:

a lot of sales and higher discounts for Amazon & Keystores & Co.

or bad sales and they need to discount to get stuff out of the stocks.

As CA never share us real data about sales (just comparative measure to older TW games but no total figures) we can only guess if it is running well or bad, and if it is running bad I know the reason

    Hi mates.
In a spanish forum, one of my mates is having some issues with Saitns Row IV and Nuuvem, because he bought Saints Row IV and when it was released, Nuuvem gave him a region-locked key from Saints Row IV.

Now my question. I'll have issues with the Rome 2 TW pre-order? Is Rome 1 TW region-locked? I think isn't, but...

    Saludos, amigos!

PD: Sorry for my English, i'm Spanish and I'm studing English haha

Honestly you can't be sure without the game being already released.

I know, but I ask for this:
Does it matter where I purchase the game?
Rome II is not region-bound, so you will be able to play the game from anywhere (no matter where you originally purchase it from)

    Thanks man

Well some games are region restricted and others are not. We can't know for sure until somebody actually tries to play it, I can't find the source for what you said and as far as I know Rome II is not region locked. I'm also trying nuuvem.

That what I said is in the FAQ in the OP

Again, the game is not region-locked to play. However, you may have trouble buying the game from other countries.

But once you buy the game, you can play it anywhere (regardless of where you originally purchased the game). From the OP:

If I buy the game from a foreign country, how will I know what language the game will come in?
Rome II keys are bound to Steam, and since TW:R2 is multi-language, you can change the language at any time in the properties menu from within the Steam client.

I'm now wondering if I should buy it from iHeo or a similar gift seller or buy it from Amazon. Amazon is charging about 29 euros atm for a hardcopy, I'll get it later than day 1 though because I'm not in the UK.
What's iHeo offering again? 25 euros or something like that?

I'm wondering whether the steam preload will allow me to get Rome II on day 1, if not, I might as well buy a hardcopy and only need patches.

Have you seen the shipping costs? If i buy it from Spain, the final price is 38€. 25 pounds ~ 29€, + shipping = 38€ :S

Free shipping to my country. I'm practically next to them so my country is eligible for super saver free shipping.

Plus, it will take 2-3 days according to Amazon for it to get here. I think the preload will be done by then. Kind of hanging towards getting it digitally.

As Stellarnight said, yes they are legit, as well as the other offers listed in the first post.

I just picked a copy up from iHeo this morning, $34 USD, so whatever the equivalent is in euros he'll give you but you send in USD funds. From payment to having it in my Steam library was about 20 min, just email him with the game you want and he'll give you the instructions. The price won't be this low until US Thanksgiving or even the Christmas sale so I'd get on it while you still can.
