Well, it's seems that after purchase, you will have to wait. I bought rome yeasterday, paid by paypal, and... remain calm; 12 days left.

What iHeo does is not illegal.

You are accepting a gift from a Steam friend which is not illegal.

In another completelly different setting, you are sending money to another guy through paypal for whatever reason you want to, which is also legal, and none of Steam's bussiness.

So your point is not really valid. There are no proxys and stuff like that involved.

He is making a business out of selling keys from one region to another. That's not allowed by Steam EULA. Simple.

I really dont get it, in the last pages there are people that are saying they are happy with iHEO's transactions, including myself. We actually paid, received the product and we are waiting the release.

Dont try to spoil someone's faith just for the sake of it. Saying is not illegal and insinuating that something may be fishy, just because you want to is not nice. Especially when others say they are satisfied.

If you do not trust the transaction then you have many other alternatives.

What are u talking about? Fair play? I am just pointing out that what he is doing is officially not allowed by Steam. That's just the fact. Nothing more, nothing less. I haven't told anyway to stay away or anything similar. People should be grown up enough to know the facts and base their decisions on them. iHEO certainly seems to be an honest trader regarding his buyers but that doesn't make it legal. If you tell yourself otherwise, you are simply ignoring the facts. Or what do u think would happen if somebody would notify Steam about his activities? Probably nothing too grave but he would certainly be told to stop those activities.

Also, as I said before I am often using Amazon US although I am from Germany to buy Steam keys which is also not exactly kosher. I also have the Shogun 2 blood pack although it isn't sold in Germany. Everybody tries to save some money one way or the other but it's still good to acknowledge the rules and not playing dumb or being naive.

This. Barbarian really he is doing a fair job for the community. What steam does is hardly "legal" aswell selling the game all around 25-32 € except in Europe itself for 55 € this is the odd thing

That's a very naive view. Primarily he is doing it for his own profit. Or do you think he would do the same without earning some money? And again, it's not legal. You can argue all day otherwise but that will not change.

You could argue that it's unfair but it's completely legal and common business practice. Also, the prices for different regions are determined by SEGA rather than Steam. And regarding fairness you could also argue that it's unfair for people in 'poorer' areas to pay the same as people from 'rich' countries. And if all would pay the same low price, SEGA probably wouldn't earn any money or couldn't put so many resources into the product. Also, there are many legit sources which sell for much less than Steam.

Are you in Steam's forums, or what? What are you gaining saying this is not legal for STEAM in this forum? Are you trying to spoil someone's trade? Are you trying to spoil a good deal others like, just because you feel you are steam's attorney?

I know the risk bought from IHeo but I still bought another ROME 2 for my friend yesterday.
It is easy to make IHeo 's business end if few users report his activities. But nobody here has that intention.
We like ROME 2, we want to play this game legally. We support CA, and we hope can get cheaper price to enjoy this great game.
IHeo is doing his trading under a "gray area" of steam, which is "gift" a game to a friend is allowed. IHeo is my friend now, so nothing wrong with that. ^_^
Steam may restrict a regional lock for gift game in future. Order it while still have time.

Anyone in the US buy from greenmangaming yet? Voucher listed in OP is no longer valid but there is still a 16% off sale there.
Wanted to make sure there is no region conflict or issues with buying from them for North America.

    Question:
Has anyone here done any previous purchases at the 365games.co.uk page?
Lot of very recent titles on low prices compared to things like Steam so it sounds a little fishy at first. Being not that wealthy of a student with low income, I wouldn't want to risk throwing my money to a vacuum.

I would not feel "bothered" to buy from IHEO if Steam would not make fantasy prices just we are on € currency. That is not fair as the prices GBP > US$ are converted correctly.

u wont get keys anywhere until 3rd September. Anyway i wouldn't recommend buying from any unauthorized seller -like key.com since i heard quite a few complaints that they get used keys or keys that dont work.
