Attention! there are only a FEW keys around that are russian only and need to be activated via a VPN. They are displayed as "Rome 2 russian VPN" or sorts ALL other keys that are not named like that are multilanguage and region independent!

I'm currently considering to pre-order from these sites:

• www.shop4es.com - 35,99€ (this is the spanish version of www.365games.co.uk)
• www.365games.co.uk itself - €35,09 / £29.99 (this seems the better option, I'm just scared since they specifically say that they will charge in pounds and not in euros, and they usually inflate the prices a lot while doing that).

My main worries are:

1. Do the keys arrive in time? (It seems that they certify release-day delivery, but will they send the keys a few days before release in order to enable players to pre-load the game from Steam?)
2. Are they fiable? (So far they seem to be)
3. Do they charge exactly the listed price? (There is a lot of sites who just make a quick price conversion and then charge you a different ammount)
4. Is there any better option? (I'm just trying to avoid sites that are not listed with € as operational currency).
